*All rabbits come with a pedigree unless otherwise specified. 

*Any rabbit can be held with a $10 non-refundable deposit unless I cancel the sale.  

*I reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time, if  a deposit has been paid it will be refunded promptly. 

*I do keep a waiting list and rabbits are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
